Payment Terms
You are authorizing ThreadKore to charge the credit card indicated in this web form for the noted amount on today’s date. This payment is for web services provided to you or your company.
Please contact us directly to request refunds and/or cancellations for services provided. If no communication is provided to our company via email, phone or the ticketing system within your account regarding a refund request, we reserve the right to not grant a refund based on lack of attempt on your behalf.
Furthermore, you are certifying that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this web form.
Also, if you enable credit card payments utilizing ThreadKore’s platform you also assume the financial risk of any charge backs on your account and will also be assessed a charge back fee of $30.00 per charge back that occurs.

Program Name
The messaging program is known as the ThreadKore Messaging Program.
Program Description
The ThreadKore Messaging Program allows individuals who have provided the appropriate consent to receive SMS and/or MMS communications from ThreadKore.
Messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries
- Account-related communications
- Customer service and support communications
- Appointment and scheduling information

- Account or service notifications

Upon receiving and processing an opt-out request, ThreadKore will stop sending messages through the applicable messaging program except for any confirmation message permitted or required to acknowledge the opt-out.
A recipient who has opted out will not receive additional messages through the applicable program unless valid consent to receive messages is subsequently provided again.
